Ajouter un tag | Résumé: | Within the investigation, the design and implementation of a machine will be carried out that will allow tests and studies to be carried out by the students of the Technical University of Cotopaxi - La Mana Extension, thus helping to establish the verifications regarding the effectiveness of the pieces and in the same way the predetermination of the life cycle of the fragments of the machinery that are in permanent operation being subject to this type of wear that is mentioned within the investigation. These types of tests will affect the use of analysis of the exact time where it will be necessary to change parts, achieving savings in money, time and accidents that are caused mainly in large industries. The direct beneficiaries of this study are directed towards the students of the Technical University of Cotopaxi - La Mana Extension where, through the machine for micro abrasive wear tests, they will be able to determine the factors that affect micro abrasive wear systems according to the standard. ASTM-G65 and the average time for the change of pieces, the indirect beneficiaries will be the companies that within their environment have machinery, managing to avoid not only unnecessary expenses but also work accidents. |
