The method used for the study of the problem situation was inductive technique method and handled for processing data was descriptive, in the same way a survey was applied by this will be able to collect information to owners of farms poultry.El desarrollo de la presente investigación se efectuó con la finalidad de conocer la viabilidad económica del Sector Avícola perteneciente al Cantón La Maná con el objetivo principal de mejorar su registro de contabilidad de costos en el cual se realizó un análisis pormenorizado a las treinta y ocho (38) granjas existentes en el Cantón sobre el manejo, registro y control de los costos de sus procesos productivos.
