| Summary: | This research report began by identifying a notable inconsistency in the teaching work with students with Special Educational Needs, it was structured based on the collection of relevant theoretical contributions on teacher management and educational inclusion. The general objective of the research is focused on developing a teacher management model for educational inclusion, in the Juan Pablo II Educational Unit, since having this tool on teacher management allows the educational community to strengthen and provide daily improvements and thus give response to the conditions required by the Ministry of Education in teaching activities with students with Special Educational Needs. |
