Survey techniques and monitoring with their respective instruments of data collection in the field and laboratory were determined. The survey allowed to determine that the plant pathogenic fungus greater negative impact on the cultivation of carnation is the Roya (Uromyces Caryophillinus), so that samples of the pathogen (Uromyces Caryophillinus) that were subsequently inoculated and allowed to characterize four phases were collected: ecios, uredinia, telios and basidios, labeled as such by the structure, each stage as the eciosporas, urediospores, teliospores and basidiospores. |
