要約:This investigation took place at the Faculty of Livestock Sciences of the ESPOCH, with the purpose of determining the psychosocial risks of the teaching faculty employers, in order to present a proposal for the management of the same. For this end, three methods were compared for the identification and evaluation of psychosocial risks in teaching employers due to the characteristics of the population being studied and at the easy interpretation of results and of the specificity of each one of these. At the moment of interpretation, we opted for using the FPSICO31 method, obtaining the following results: Psychosocial risks there are in the teaching employers, supervision and participation being the most significant factors with a valuation of 50% of ‘very high risk’, followed in importance by the workload xiv with a 34% of incidence in the ‘very high risk’ range, it also shows a significance of 32% in performance role and time of work. To prevent and control these risks, we offer a management proposal in which we give priority to the intervention of the risks that present a major significance. This way, the proposal counts with the creation of a prevention and risk management commission, a greater participation of the teaching body in decisionmaking, the creation of an information system for the registry of the academicadministrative activities, and informational discussions regarding the functions and responsibilities of the teaching personnel.
