Add Tag | Summary: | With the feasibility study of the Industrial Plant for the Elaboration of Balanced Foods for the APRODEMAG association, in order to produce and market the product, providing an alternative for the industrialized production of balanced foods, which leads to research, analyzing terms and data pertinent technicians for the design of this plant and to obtain an optimal production; various alternatives such as mixtures of the various types of balanced products; taking into account the dimensions of the industrial equipment involved in the production process. The conditions such as future processors of industrial by-products of balanced feed for cattle, low-cost and high-performance alternative raw materials, will allow it to be a source of supply for the food industry, being widely favored and can become one of the main substitute products in this market. With the design of the balanced feed plant, it seeks to promote economic development by covering the needs of the APRODEMAG Association, for which it will venture into the range of agro-industrial products with the avant-garde design for the production of balanced feed in the livestock line with the in order to optimize resources, reduce production costs and in order to increase the nutritional value of food for livestock with the purpose of improving milk quality by raising the nutrient concentrate, opening jobs, greater milk production and development of economics of the sector and of the APRODEMAG Association. Balanced food is a necessity not only for the animals, but also for the product, this is an important factor allowing storage for long periods, constituting a favorable advantage in the summer season when food is scarce, production and quality of meat are reduced. milk, being an important factor which reduces the amount of monetary income to the producer or livestock sector and to the dairy plant of the APRODEMAG Association. In addition, the production of balanced foods in Ecuador will increase and may contribute to the agro-industrial sector, especially with small and medium producers, who find it impossible to obtain or have access to these products in order to promote the economic development of the sector. , generating new jobs, avoiding the displacement of the inhabitants of Mulaló to other parts, thus contributing to the economic development of the area in which the plant will be installed. |
