Etiketle | Özet: | Information and technology feed each other looking for greater development of society, therefore information management seeks to be based on software that streamline their processes, the objective of this research focuses on strengthening the information management process through the use of the Excel Office package in the Alóag Rural Parish GAD, since there are certain deficiencies in the management, thus delaying access to information. For this purpose, a methodology with a positivist paradigm was used, using a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental cross sectional design, based on descriptive and documentary research. The techniques used are the survey, supported by questionnaire instruments validated by experts and applied to GADPRA collaborators and users. To obtain the information, we applied the interview to the general secretariat with the interview card as the instrument. Based on the results received after the data collecting tools were used, it was determined that 22% of respondents are dissatisfied with how the institution manages the information because the access is slow, this could explain why 61% of personnel have never used Excel to strengthen their information management, hindering the timely processing requested by users. For this reason, a proposal is aimed at systematizing the management of GADPRA information with the use of the MS Excel tool, which facilitates data collection, the search for information through the use of different commands, and the presentation of an automatic report that serves as a preventive control of procedures. |
