| 要約: | The present research project was implemented in the plastic industry with the objective of designing and implementing an automatic control panel which allows us to maneuver the process of cutting and sealing plastic covers. The control board consists of electrical equipment such as: power and control contactors that are in charge of driving the movement of the motors that control the head and conveyor belt, driven by an independent button, each motor has three-phase automatic switches connected to a 380 Volt network. The main control module of the electrical board is a programmable logic controller PLC S7 200 which through the programming developed in the software MICRO Win STEP 7 executes output signals to interface relays depending on the input signals which are conditioned by the operation of the machine, To obtain a control in the production of plastic bags, a counter was implemented that varies with the operation of the head at the time of cutting and sealing each plastic bag, in addition, when counting a specific number of bags, it activates a siren in conjunction with a pilot light, it also has a temperature controller module that allows the operator to monitor the temperature of the head sealing. Efficiency results are obtained in the cutting and sealing process due to the ease of control, in addition to improving production quality, decreasing work time and operator intervention. |
