Description
Summary:The present research conducted a working Ergonomic System for Driver Vehicle Transport Cooperative Tungurahua to develop a Prevention Program Musculoskeletal Disorders. They began by identifying the presence of musculoskeletal disorders in drivers using statistical and medical records. Then he meant the ergonomic risk factors most affected using Matrix triple qualitative consideration (Probability, Severity and Vulnerability) recommended by the Ministry of Labour Relations. For further research was a case study in terms of jobs and that this unit of analysis is not sample specific. The case study comprised 3 cases out of 46 conductors. These tests included the full application of all table indexes of MAPFRE Institute Guide to ergonomic evaluation. The hypothesis tested in this study is that more than 75% of the respondents have a musculoskeletal disorder execution vehicular driving job. The depth case study found that the risk factors for this intolerable partially working system are analyzed: the static postural, sensory overload, complexity and work content, autonomy of decision, monotony and repetitiveness, communication and social relationships, shifts , times, pauses, risk of accident and heat stress. The Prevention Program Musculoskeletal product of this work identified control measures established aspects as high risk in terms of: content working conditions of space, comfort of work and organizational factors.
