Shrnutí:The present research work had the objective of designing an informative bulletin through methods, techniques and research instruments where relevant information was collected through field trips allowing to know the current situation of the tourist plant offer of the food and beverage establishments of the Pujilí canton, for the fulfillment of this research work three objectives were developed where the first one is to diagnose the tourist plant offer of the food and beverage establishments where the collection and systematization of information was made through a technical card to make an updated inventory of the establishments, Interviews were also conducted with key private actors to learn about the potential of food and beverage establishments as well as the tourist profile, which is a fundamental part for the development of the second objective. A total of 29 food and beverage establishments were inventoried, 19 of which are restaurants, 4 cafeterias, and 6 bars, which were identified in the 7 parishes of Pujilí canton. The second objective is to propose operational strategies to strengthen food and beverage establishments, where the PETS-LA, SWOT, MEFE, MEFI, and MAFE matrices were developed to analyze the internal and external factors of the canton's tourism plant, resulting in 24 strategies to help service providers make decisions. The third objective is to design a newsletter as a means of dissemination where photographs, data and relevant information systematized for the development of the same, after the analysis of the diagnostic information, inventory and interviews it was determined that the canton Pujilí has a lot of tourism potential, it all depends on the management of the authorities. The objective of this research work is to report the current situation of the tourist plant, food and beverage supply, to know the profile of the tourist and to propose operational strategies for the development of the canton in the socio-economic field and the promotion of tourism to improve the influx of tourists, benefiting the owners of the establishments. In addition, this project will serve as an aid for future research where the information will be updated periodically.
