description The present research work had the objective of designing an informative bulletin through methods, techniques and research instruments where relevant information was collected through field trips allowing to know the current situation of the tourist plant offer of the food and beverage establishments of the Pujilí canton, for the fulfillment of this research work three objectives were developed where the first one is to diagnose the tourist plant offer of the food and beverage establishments where the collection and systematization of information was made through a technical card to make an updated inventory of the establishments, Interviews were also conducted with key private actors to learn about the potential of food and beverage establishments as well as the tourist profile, which is a fundamental part for the development of the second objective. A total of 29 food and beverage establishments were inventoried, 19 of which are restaurants, 4 cafeterias, and 6 bars, which were identified in the 7 parishes of Pujilí canton. The second objective is to propose operational strategies to strengthen food and beverage establishments, where the PETS-LA, SWOT, MEFE, MEFI, and MAFE matrices were developed to analyze the internal and external factors of the canton's tourism plant, resulting in 24 strategies to help service providers make decisions. The third objective is to design a newsletter as a means of dissemination where photographs, data and relevant information systematized for the development of the same, after the analysis of the diagnostic information, inventory and interviews it was determined that the canton Pujilí has a lot of tourism potential, it all depends on the management of the authorities. The objective of this research work is to report the current situation of the tourist plant, food and beverage supply, to know the profile of the tourist and to propose operational strategies for the development of the canton in the socio-economic field and the promotion of tourism to improve the influx of tourists, benefiting the owners of the establishments. In addition, this project will serve as an aid for future research where the information will be updated periodically.

In addition, this project will serve as an aid for future research where the information will be updated periodically.l presente trabajo de investigación Planta turística oferta alimentos y bebidas del cantón Pujilí tiene como objetivo proponer alternativas de gestión a través del análisis de la información para la dinamización de la oferta turística, diseñando un boletín informativo mediante métodos, técnicas e instrumentos de investigación donde se recopilo información relevante, a través de las salidas de campo permitiendo conocer la situación actual, para el cumplimiento de este trabajo de investigación se desarrolló tres objetivos, el primer objetivo es diagnosticar la planta turística oferta de los establecimientos de alimentos y bebidas mediante el catastro e inventario a través de fichas técnicas proporcionados por la carrera de licenciatura en turismo de la Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi, anexos del reglamento de turismo de alimentos y bebidas y entrevistas realizadas a los actores claves como a los prestadores de servicios para dar a conocer el potencial que presentan los establecimientos y a turistas, siendo una parte fundamental para el desarrollo del segundo objetivo donde se inventariaron un total de 29 establecimientos de oferta alimentos y bebidas los cuales 19 son restaurante, 4 cafeterías, y 6 bares - discotecas, que fueron identificados en las 7 parroquias del cantón Pujilí. En el segundo objetivo se plantea estrategias operativas a través de las matrices PETS-LA, FODA, MEFE, MEFI y MAFE para el fortalecimiento en los establecimientos de Alimentos y bebidas, permitiendo analizar los factores internos y externos de la planta turística oferta del cantón dando como resultado 6 estrategias operativas con el propósito de satisfacer las necesidades como son servicio, infraestructura, seguridad para crear nuevas experiencias en los turistas o visitantes permitiendo el desarrollo y crecimiento de los establecimientos. El tercer objetivo es diseñar un boletín informativo a través de la sistematización de la información recolectada por medio de entrevistas e inventario como medio de difusión para los prestadores de servicios, estipula que el cantón Pujilí tiene mucho potencial turístico, todo depende de la gestión de las autoridades. Este trabajo de investigación pretende informar a través del boletín informativo la situación actual de la planta turística oferta de alimentos y bebidas proponiendo estrategias operativas para el desarrollo de los establecimientos en el ámbito socio económico, siendo beneficiados los dueños de los establecimientos.
