It did not have inventory records for that reason it has lost merchandise. The company had not trained its workers because of the lack of economic resources. It has caused ignorance in the storage processes of the perishables products. The company also has a problem with the organization of the warehouse; therefore; this causes disorder in the merchandise. So that the researchers made a diagnostic of the situation of the operational processes of the warehouse of the company and the same way the investigation through bibliographic sources with the methodological framework and this allowed strengthening and improving the efficiency of the company. Besides, the research project evaluated the information about the current state of the company through field investigation. This process which it allowed to identify the products that the company sells through the application of interviews to the owner of the company and the manager of the warehouse, in this way it could know about the impact of the process. We could know about the mistakes that it had in the warehouse through the investigation results. Its propose was to improve the operational processes of the company, and the same way it implemented the reorganization of physical space of the warehouse, therefore, This can keep the products organized by categories, and it will allow to facilitate the work to employees and to optimize the time and resources of the company. |

Its propose was to improve the operational processes of the company, and the same way it implemented the reorganization of physical space of the warehouse, therefore, This can keep the products organized by categories, and it will allow to facilitate the work to employees and to optimize the time and resources of the company.El presente proyecto de investigación tuvo como propósito determinar la relación del sistema de gestión de bodega con la optimización de los procesos operacionales de la distribuidora de huevos “Mi Pequeña Granja”, surgió de la necesidad de cambiar la situación actual de la microempresa, caracterizada por el inadecuado manejo de bodega, una inexistencia de registros de inventarios, personal poco capacitado, el daño de productos, la pérdida de tiempo entre otras causas que han ocasionado la disminución de sus utilidades, mermas de mercadería, desconocimiento de proceso de almacenamiento de productos perecibles y la desorganización del espacio físico de bodega. El diagnóstico de la situación actual llevó a determinar que la microempresa actualmente tiene una distribución física inadecuada, la temperatura sobre los niveles permitidos para esta actividad, clasificación empírica de los huevos y estanterías colocadas a distancias peligrosas para la conservación y manipulación del huevo. La investigación bibliográfica permito conocer a cerca de los sistemas de gestión, en donde se destaca la gestión de almacenamiento porque se adapta a las necesidades particulares de esta organización. Por las características de la organización y la realidad de la empresa se empleó una investigación cualitativa acompañada de las técnicas de observación y entrevista lo que llevo a una triangulación de resultados que dio como resultado la relación entre los sistemas gestión de bodega para la optimización de los procesos operacionales.
