Shrnutí:This research project presents a viable production model system for companies that carry out industrialization processes reducing environmental pollution, characterizing the residues of Aluminum ash (c Al) as a construction material replacing the fine sand aggregate, the coating of cable of crushed PVC as a material for the mixture, reducing the coarse snap material in small quantities, to complete it, add water, 150 kg of white powder and 50 kg of cement, obtaining the adequate formation mixture to create the eco-blocks; with the help of the mixing machine and the hydraulic press in the TOAMEN Block, Located in the Province of Cotopaxi - Salcedo canton, Rumipamba de Navas neighborhood next to the ring road. The results obtained in the production system verified that it can produce 700 to 800 blocks in a day, benefits are created for the production of eco-blocks, 3 tests were carried out in the Bloquera with different percentages for mixing that become An alternative, both economic and environmental, is cold- made, no oven is used for its preparation, part of the cement and water will be used, correctly mixed, compacted and cured; rectangular blocks will be manufactured, these are the most used in construction, characterized by their simple design, coupling to the structural elements.
