Cuir clib leis | Achoimre: | This technological proposal deals with the development and implementation of a Web and Mobile Application for the management of finished products of the San José de Yacuambi Association, the same one that is dedicated to the production and distribution of dairy products, which for economic reasons and ignorance do not count With a tool for managing its processes, in effect, due to the lack of control there is no exact number of products in a given production process, there are inconsistencies in orders and redundancy in deliveries, this is because since the records are kept in a manual causing its total loss. For the development of the web application, the PHP programming language is used for compatibility with the MYSQL database, applying the Model View Controller (MVC) architecture, together with the ObjectOriented Programming (OOP) paradigm for the simplicity of the code and its reuse. This web application focuses on the control of the production and distribution of products. While using the Mobile-D methodology, the mobile application is developed to place orders aimed at having a direct interaction between the customer and the company. In the development of the project, the agile SCRUM methodology is applied as good practices for collaborative teamwork and at specific times. As a result, the mobile application is obtained where customers see the product catalog and place the order with the company, while with the web application the company can control raw materials, production, finished products, and distribution, as well as presents reports of production, distribution, and returns of deliveries. Now the company has effective control of its processes, with real and timely information for subsequent decision-making, optimizing resources, saving time, and above all, generating fewer expenses. For the proper functioning, availability, and security of the information, the web application is uploaded on a server and can be accessed from any computer with internet service. This has led the company to optimize its resources, streamline its processes and generate higher sales, with which the company has possessed a corporate image at the local and provincial level |
