Čoahkkáigeassu:This project aims to implement a test module for the determination of transformer failures, this module is composed of the TPU2000R unit, current injection unit and a PC. The TPU2000R unit is a digital relay with different fault protection applications, using the PC in conjunction with the WinECP program that is calibrated and set for monitoring. The current injection unit supplies current values that can cause imbalances considered outside its nominal parameters, this disturbance was received through the relay sensors and thus proceeds to disconnect the circuit. When implementing the test module with all its components, laboratory practices will be developed using the WinECP program that allows the input of the characteristic data of a power transformer and through the internal calculation the nominal currents, short circuit currents and ratio of transformation of the CT's.
