Resumo:Human talent enables firms to succeed by being productive and competent while improving their skills and abilities. However, this is not enough; a good working environment is also crucial, allowing a business to grow. This research aims to establish strategies to improve the interpersonal relationships of the personnel of Lácteos "El Caserío". The research has qualitative and quantitative methodology, we used the direct observation method and the application of a survey to determine the level of existing labor conflicts. The applied tool was the Conflict Resolution Scale (ESOC), with 3 dimensions; which have a Cronbach's Alpha of: emotional control (0.878), communicative competence (0.707) and evaluation of results (0.809), giving a general reliability of (0.902). We concluded that the collaborators do not develop soft skills that help to avoid conflictive situations. It is advisable to review the organization chart of the company to identify possible gaps that cause labor conflicts, on the other hand, it is necessary for employees to align their individual objectives with institutional objectives in order to achieve organizational success. Improving interpersonal ties in the workplace, which encourages employees to develop positive attitudes and commit to the organization, is the first step in achieving this goal.
