Desarrollo de una aplicación móvil para monitoreo, control de las solicitudes y entregas de pedidos mediante geolocalización en tiempo real en la empresa aki voy del cantón La Maná.

The main objective of this research project is the development and implementation of a mobile application for monitoring, control of requests, and deliveries of orders through geolocation in real time in Aki Voy company of La Maná canton, for the technological innovation of the company to improve services and communication with customers using this application. Through digital tools that provided the collection of information, obtaining identification of the problem, basis for the requirements of the system to find the needs of the company. Using the programming language Dart, the framework Flutter is required to develop the application logic and the design of the same both with the API rest which allows better communication and security protocols for the realization of inquiry to the PostgreSQL database. In addition, the Mobile-D methodology allowed for improving the workspace in the established time. The mobile application Aki Voy Encomiendas with the needs of the users and owners of the company expressed through surveys that the application should be oriented for devices with Android operating systems and the use of a hosting platform is required, and the secure download of mobile application in the Play Store.
