Sammanfattning:The present research project addressed a topic considered of vital importance for the psycho-evolutionary development of children and teenagers of the "Marco Aurelio Subía Educational Unit – Batalla de Panupali", the principal objective was to study the personal relations between boys and girls and of what form these influence on the teaching-learning process, to develop a proposal that contributes to the construction of an inclusive, respectful, quality and warmth education. The problem that seeks to address the present research lies in the incidence of coexistence behaviors among peers in the school environment and in the development of the educational process, considering that it must be integral, beyond the quantitative advances of the academic performance that students must be encouraged and encouraged to promote good behavior and attitudes among all students. So bad relationships with other children not only affect the educational environment, especially - and most importantly - it limits their relationship with society, which reduces the chances of becoming a complete human being. The methodological design applied for the research development was framed in the quantitative approach of the research, accompanied by the documentary and field bibliographical design to reach an exploratory level of the research problem, through the application of the technique of the survey applied to teachers and students; through which the causes and effects of the problem investigated have been clearly determined, as well as the possible solutions, which are in the task of applying follow-up measures through support and psychological counseling towards students and parents. The beneficiaries of the investigation were the students, parents and teachers of the "Marco Aurelio Subia Educational Unit, Batalla de Panupali", which will be the object of study. At the end of the research process, it was possible to determine that positive interpersonal relationships generate a favorable school climate for the teaching-learning process, while negative interpersonal relationships create tensions and conflicts that alter students' emotional balance. Both teachers and students confirm the existence of negative interpersonal relationships so it is necessary to develop proposals focused on improving the quality of interaction between girls and boys to contribute to their comprehensive education.
