| Resumo: | The problem in the classroom begins, when parents do not assume responsibility with the children at the moment they start the school phase, parents only accomplish the formalities needed, after that it is responsibility of the educational institution that children can learn in a holistic way and achieve their maximum academic development. But at that moment it is when a child starts with problems, since there, grades will not be the best, the child will be apathetic in the classroom, won't have the motivation to learn and sometimes will fail the school year. According to this aspect, the investigation about " unconcern of parents and its incidence in the school performance of children in the educational unit 'San José de Guaytacama' had as main objective to evidence the disinterest of parents on their children and how it has an impact on their school performance, determining that there is clear abandonment of parents on the control of academic activities of their children, the lack of attendance at the educational institution to find out about performance consequently children‟s grades are in the basic average which is seven-points. All of these aspects have been consequence of the lack of dedication of time and control on homework or assignments, on the personal neatness of their children; in provide the necessary things for their children‟s performance.... |
