Evaluación de tres frecuencias de aplicación de biol de gallinaza en el cultivo de rabano (raphanus sativus), en macetas, Salache – Cotopaxi 2022.

| Περίληψη: | This work was carried out with the purpose of evaluating three frequencies of chicken manure biol (F1 every 5 days, F2 every 10 days, F3 every 15 days) with a 15% solution that allows the adequate growth of the radish crop (Raphanus sativus). The objectives of the study were to evaluate some variables in the growth of radish, to elaborate the biol of chicken manure from organic materials, to determine the chemical composition of the same and to evaluate the economic analysis by treatment. The experiment was carried out using a completely randomized block design (CRBD) with three application frequencies, with a 15% solution dose and five replications. The variables analyzed were: germination percentage (%) at 15 days, plant height (cm) at 8, 16 and 24 days, leaf width (cm) at 8, 16 and 24 days, leaf length (cm) at 8, 16 and 24 days, fruit diameter (mm) at 30 days, fruit weight with foliage (g) at 30 days and fruit weight without foliage (g) at 30 days. The chemical composition of the biol was also analyzed. To statistically evaluate the data obtained in the experiment, an analysis of variance was carried out and the Tukey test was applied at 5%. During the growth of radish (Raphanus sativus), the chicken manure biol used as biofertilizer contains organic matter, macro and micro nutrients that are important for the growth of the crop, which influenced, independently of the type of frequency applied, the variables evaluated that change in the different plants that made up the treatments, which were obtained at 8 days, 16 days and 24 days. According to the results obtained, the treatment that had the greatest significance was T1F1 (Treatment one frequency every 5 days), since it produced the best results in the growth of the crop, which increased its capacity to develop by obtaining plants with a greater height (7.03 cm), with better width of the plant and a better width of the plant, 03 cm), with better leaf width (2.63 cm), greater leaf length (5.01 cm), fruit diameter (25.86 mm), a higher average fruit weight with foliage (15.98 g) and fruit weight without foliage (12.42 g); From the agronomical point of view, the chicken manure biol with the appropriate frequency of application contributes to the development of organic agriculture, this highly reduces the dependence of agricultural producers on the use of chemical fertilizers, as it is prepared in an artisanal way this biofertilizer benefits from the resources already existing in the environment. From the economic analysis of the treatments, it is concluded that T1F1 (Treatment 1, frequency of application every 5 days) had a total cost of $5.10, T2F2 (Treatment 2, frequency of application every 10 days) was $2.55 and T3F3 (Treatment 3, frequency of application every 15 days) was $1.70, so from the economic point of view, the application of biol in frequencies is profitable for the farmer. |
