Dodaj etykietę | Streszczenie: | The present research work was oriented to design an administrative-financial management model that provides support to the decision-making of the Cooperativa de Transporte La Maná, optimizing human, financial, technical and physical resources. The methodology used for the development was descriptive and field bibliographic research; Due to the fact that it allowed the obtaining and processing of the information collected, with the help of the application of research techniques and instruments such as the interview directed to the manager and the surveys to the partners, it was possible to identify the different shortcomings that the administrative and financial process has of the cooperative. Among the methods used are the deductive, analytical to carry out the deduction of results as its subsequent analysis, the statistical method for the presentation of the results of the surveys in percentages. The research population consisted of 43 partners and the entity's manager. The results obtained through the research instruments made it possible to diagnose that an administrative process has not been established, there is no defined functional organization chart and there are shortcomings in the application of accounting, financial and administrative policies. Given this, the design of a financial administrative management model by processes was considered appropriate by describing the fulfillment of the planning, organization, control and direction process which would help to improve decision-making processes and reduce costs. The application of management and financial indicators showed that the entity has a minimum debt of financial expenses while administrative expenses, sales, other expenses, and costs exceed the income received from sales, therefore, the Cooperative lacks liquidity. |
