要約:The investigation “Evaluation of behaviour in postharvest of three cultivations of tree tomato (solanum betaceum cav) with three temperatures and two modified atmospheres in Cotopaxi Province” ” it was realized in the laboratory of postharvest of the career of Agronomy Engineering located in the Province of Cotopaxi, Parish Eloy Alfaro, neighbohood Salache Bajo where three temperatures were proved, ambient of 22°C, 8°C and 4°C, three cultivations of tree tomato and two modified atmospheres: wax and roll pack, with eighteen treatments by three repetitions, the indicators to evaluate were: acidity (PH), soluble solids (° brix) and firmness of the fruit ( lbfxcm2-1);the following results were: the best temperature of conservation 8°C, best to cultivate; cultivation 1, best modified atmosphere: roll pack, the best treatment is T2C1A2 ( temperature 8°C, cultivation 2 and tray with roll pack) where the fruit preserves its firmness for more time.
