It is intended to identify and deepen different theoretical approaches, concepts and criteria of different authors....El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como finalidad enmarcar las necesidades educativas de diagnosticar, recopilar, identificar y analizar las caracterizaciones de experiencias de aprendizaje personalizadas en el desarrollo integral del niño y niña de educación inicial 1 del cantón Saquisilí. Es fundamental determinar las características de la edad del grupo, para planificar las experiencias de aprendizaje, organizar los ambientes de trabajo con la finalidad de atender las necesidades generales dentro del proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje. Otro aspecto importante es conocer e interesarse por la historia, situación familiar, cultura y contexto de cada niño y niña, para de esta manera se pueda estar alerta del estado emocional y de las características personales del mismo, establecer normas de convivencia dentro y fuera del entorno educativo, garantizar que el niño/a se sienta seguro incrementando su confianza y su autoestima.
