Yhteenveto:Emotional intelligence has become one of the priorities as a skill to contribute to the integral development of children in early education, to support psychological well-being significantly, and positively influence academic performance. The research structured to diagnose through a correlational study the influence of emotional intelligence in the teaching-learning process in Early Childhood Education children that facilitates learning, motivation at the time of performing school tasks, and performance; under this, emotions intervene in the relationship with other students, teachers, and parents. Emotions in children should occupy an entire space within learning. The teacher should plan activities to motivate the child since the aim is to prepare them to face and solve problems that arise in daily life, where the development of emotional intelligence is their best ally when interacting and achieving collaborative work in their group. Some educational institutions give exclusive priority to imparting knowledge and memorization. However, although it has solved the need to develop cognitive skills, this practice has not found solutions to the emotional problems to the integral development leads to the lack in which Emotional Intelligence is focused. This provides other principles from the feelings to improve learning and help children develop their personalities. The transcendence of this project is framed the mixed approach the human relevance since it will benefit the children of Initial Education. Teachers and parents were surveyed in the process of integral formation with the instrument like questionnaire of questions; to evidence through the observation technique, applying the observation card to the children of Initial Education. The results affected the integration and manifestation of their emotions in situations like a negative attitude to the development of activities entrusted to them.
