The consequence is that the problem is: What is the impact the unification of the educational establishment in interpersonal relations of students in the educational unit Ramon Paez? The methodology used was descriptive, because in her real situations of the Education Unit of the study are detailed, and the use of different methods which have been collected, data, concepts and aspects of the subject; then try management models, a vision of the educational unit, structure, school and society subtopics related to school life. The conclusions are summarized as follows: there are many difficulties in students so that there is integrity conflicts, problems in transports, infrastructure is not suitable for the development of education. According to surveys of teachers, students and parents and the interview with the director, he has known his thoughts on school unification. The contribution of this research is the development of a practical guide values, comprising the same objectives to be achieved to improve interpersonal relationships among students. |
