The purpose of this project is to design a manual of procedures for the management and control of inventories in the Association of Agricultural Producers Women's Group San Francisco, which will be a fundamental tool to correct the shortcomings of the administrative and operational process within the institution, so it is worth mentioning that proper Management and Control protects the existing resources of an organization, also helps to develop operational activities in an efficient and orderly manner. The methodology used was descriptive, and the technique of data collection through the survey allowed to go detailing and analyzing each of the processes or activities carried out in the company, so that the results obtained determined the need for design and implement a Manual of Procedures for the management and Control of Inventories, which will contain functions, policies and procedures for the members of the company in order to have an adequate management of the resources, control of the operational activities that are carried out daily, also an adequate segregation of functions, establishing responsibilities and specific actions which will allow having a better organizational control within the company and thus comply with the established goals and objectives
