إضافة وسم | الملخص: | In Ecuador, several programs related to the prevention of adolescent pregnancy have been carried out, despite this, the degree work continues to increase: Do health promotion strategies based on cultural practices, referring to sexuality in adolescents, generate a change in the experience of their sexuality? Teenage pregnancy in the San Buenaventura parish is increasingly precocious from the age of 14 to reduce this problem, the objective is to promote health promotion actions focused on human rights and cultural practices linked to adolescent sexuality. Hence the importance of this project that is oriented in a multidisciplinary way, integrating culture as a direct paradigm in the experience of sexuality with fears, taboos and prejudices. The study group is made up of a sample of 147 adolescents to whom the survey was applied to determine knowledge, attitudes and practices related to sexuality where it is considered vital to create empowerment in the experience of a responsible free sexuality based on the knowledge of the existing relationship between human rights, sexual and reproductive rights, contraception, self-esteem, life project to help prevent teenage pregnancy and thus anticipate the development of a new society where there are better living conditions. |
