However, with all these implementations for the benefit of the working class, workers' rights are still being violated today, which is why it is necessary to carry out an investigative study in which it can be determined which rights and principles are violated.El progreso de las sociedades a lo largo de la historia siempre ha radicado en el trabajo, el cual inicialmente se efectuaba con abusos al trabajador, que muchas veces era gracias a gobernantes y patronos inhumanos; con esta insoportable situación que vivían los trabajadores; obligo a estos a buscar en la unión la fuerza de la que carecían de manera individual para exigir mejoras, de este modo aparecen las primeras asociaciones de trabajadores, que se fueron convirtiendo en un derecho de asociación y negociación colectiva, perfeccionándose en el contrato colectivo, reconocido en la Organización Internacional del Trabajo, además de los principios como; la irrenunciabilidad e intangibilidad de los derechos del trabajador.
