La formación docente en el servicio

The Cotopaxi Technical University must be in conditions to implement an adequate system which permit us to increase the strengthens and decrease the weaknesses so that the required standards can be reached and therefore to improve definitely the integral education’s quality, being the teachers one of the fundamental pillars that can contribute for this purpose, in this virtue is proposed to develop the research project to work on the basis of the problem: In what way does teacher training in the service impact on the achievement of learning standards? For this purpose, it is proposed as a general objective to determine the situation of teacher training in the service, through the execution of an investigative process which allows the optimization of their professional skills within the career of Basic Education, being necessary to systematize theoretical -scientific information - from different sources and authors that support the raised problem, in order to determine the methodology that suits to the reality of the research and ensure the achievement of objectives, to develop the actions determined for the field work as part of development of the research, within the methodology it is proposed to work with the inductive, deductive methods and as techniques of support the survey and the interview; Among the research modalities are the Bibliographic-Documentary….
