Moreover….El trabajo investigativo encierra como objetivo general analizar cada una de las actividades designadas en los departamentos: Administrativos, Recursos Humanos, Financiero; con el propósito de determinar el grado de Eficiencia, Eficacia, Economía, en la utilización de los recursos disponibles que se desarrollaron en el periodo 2014 en el Colegio Particular “Continental” de la ciudad de Latacunga. La Auditoria de Gestión permitió examinar las operaciones realizadas en dicho periodo, con el propósito de evaluar el desenvolvimiento financiero y Administrativo del Colegio, ya que a través de esto se pudo emitir recomendaciones que permitan tomar las mejores decisiones en beneficio de la Institución.
