Izvleček:The present technological proposal is about the management of Patria Public High School, The main drawback is that teachers are late in uploading grades in the deadline set because each one works on electronic sheets to accomplish this task. Additionally, it was observed that the secretary does not have enough time to check one by one the student's grades to verify if they approved or failed, that’s why a web system was developed to improve this process to provide better service to teachers, students, parents and secretary attendance record, enquiry and report cards for the current school year. The methodology used to develop the system is Scrum, it defines roles for a better control and development process, furthermore, it allows to organize the work properly during the system development. It was used the PHP programming language because it is one of the languages most used in recent times and very strong to support the object-oriented paradigm using the CodeIgniter framework, its architecture Controller Model View Controller (CMV). In addition, the Bootstrap framework was used which is based on web design for the development of websites providing optimal visualization for an easy manage. Finally, MySQL data storage was used which is a database management system, widely used in web applications and that allows to store huge amounts of data. The results were satisfactory with the scholastic system, the academic management in the institution is faster and more accurate, teachers can enter the grades in the deadline set, students and parents can consult the partial grades as well, four months and annual qualifications in detail. In addition, the institution’s secretary can generate reports of the grades and visualize if the students are failed or approved to next school year. For that reason, the objectives of the present study have been fulfilled.
