| Summary: | Regarding to the Human Talent management, the analysis of the charges is a cornerstone; the description of the tasks, responsibilities, environmental conditions, risks, criteria or performance standards is useful for both candidates and incumbents and supervisors. Job analysis is or primary importance within a Human Talent Department since it speeds up and facilitates the processes in the different systems of the department; likewise, it is a fundamental element for the evaluation and classification of the position. This research work has as a premise to present a proposal based on the occupational diagnosis made to the administrative and financial management area, where each one of the criteria is gathered under direct observations through surveys to the workers and forming committees that allowed to determine which are the main characteristics of each area and to propose the profiles that are framed in the competences of each unit, evaluating the positions under the evaluation modality by factor and how these must be focused on the mission of the institution, which is the attention to the citizens. Finally, it is shown the validation of the experts themselves who, under their experience, issue their criteria validating it; and the user can determine the viability of the proposal. |
