Summary:It is known that internal assessment institution is not the solution to all problems that arise in the educational community; however, it was a wide reference, which could support management, teachers, students, parents, in order to have a clear and accurate vision of educative management and organizational learning in order to change the education quality. So the internal evaluation tools were provide, strengthening mechanisms for discussion, reflection and participation of all stakeholders. The internal evaluation will achieve a center profile and its position in the environment. For this reason the proposal was create a design of internal evaluation, this will be an operational tool of actions to help to viable solutions, by the other hand to, generate the relevant input to consider proposal for continuous improvement through knowledge of its own reality and indicators.
