Aggiungi Tag | Riassunto: | This research project aims to design improved production processes in the company TECNIBISAGRAS, it is a metallurgical company, is within medium-sized companies and is dedicated to the production of rodachines, hinges and other products in different presentations, it has been able to position itself well in the market against the competition, however, the production process has not been studied and does not have a work control, because they do not handle standard working times, so productivity varies continuously. As the beginning of the research process was made the selection of the manufacturing processes of 2 products with higher demand, this process was studied knowing the process flow, working conditions, this study is used to determine key performance indicators to measure the efficiency of the processes studied. From these indicators an improvement proposal is made taking into account the problems existing in the company and analyzes the corrective measures resulting in standard time for the processing of rodachines the time is 9,82 minutes for each unit while the hinges take 2.89 minutes, thus increasing the productivity of the company |
