| الملخص: | The objective of this research is to identify how the digital activism of the ALFIL Association manifests itself in the approach of its requirement and demands in specific national situations. Since the emergence of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs), several people, institutions, organizations and collectives have begun to use these digital platforms to achieve a greater scope in projecting information and making themselves known in the society. Through a bibliographic review concerning social activism and social networks, the theoretical and methodological referents to be implemented could be established. In the research the case of the ALFIL Association of Ecuador was analyzed and through it the work carried out by LGBTI groups and organizations in the country is taken into account. The research is oriented through a qualitative methodology, three research techniques were applied to obtain the data of the association. The first technique that was applied was the semi-structured interview that allowed to identify the objectives and organization of the ALFIL Association through the bank of questions did to the president of the Association, while the second technique used was the group interview with members of ALFIL. Finally, the third technique was virtual ethnography, for which observation cards were created that allowed to characterize and interpret the acceptance on the part of Ecuadorian society and the LGBTI community. |
