| סיכום: | The present investigation addresses a problem related to teacher training, for which the general objective was to determine the training needs presented by Basic Education teachers of the Dirigentes del Mundo Futuro School; To achieve the objective, a quantitative approach of descriptive and cross-sectional level was used as a methodology, the survey was used as a technique with the questionnaire as a data collection instrument. After the analysis of the survey, it was concluded that teachers need educational technology training, special education and professional development. To meet these needs, training workshops for teachers of Basic General Education were designed; The proposal was validated by three experts and six users, concluding that the design of the workshops is appropriate since they contribute to the professional work of the teacher. |
