Descripción
Summary:This research focuses on the implementation of equipment for the extraction and pressurization of methane biogas obtained from the biodigesters of methane production of the Electromechanical major, for its use either with new energy sources or for the use of methane biogas, achieving a semi-autonomous extraction and pressurization process, performing the emptying and filling process by sending a single order, when reaching the established parameter, it will stop its pressurization process giving way to a new filling sequence, which is visualized by means of a logical setpoint. Automation was considered by means of a programmable logic control system or PLC that is expressed through visual and written languages, allowing the sequential outcome of the opening of the biogas filling and emptying valves, taking into account the temperature variations when pressurizing the methane gas at pressures equal to 1 or less than 160 PSI. Considering gas handling regulations and social and environmental impact.
