PRODUCTS is a solid Ecuadorian company, it’s a pioneer and a leader in the market since 2000 and industrial activity is mainly developed in the manufacturation of cleaing material of personal use. The increasing competitiveness of Ecuadorian Firms in the production of cleaning materials, which has forced FAMILIA SANCELA ECUADOR S.A. PRODUCTS, to develop and implement new projects, with the acquisition of machinery and equipment of latest technology. This consist of several areas, one of them is designated to perform the proper mechanic maintenance on the machines which are basic in the production process. The research is directed to present a plan of studies to determine the causes of lost time in the mechanical maintenance department of conversion, the control and the proper use of programmed stops in the Preventive Maintenance, the proposal includes a mechanism to anticipate the operators and mechanics´ needs to, in a good way the programs of production records of time spent, training new operators and mechanics overseas. |
