Opis
Izvleček:Tourism is the sector, what has the least statistical information about the technological tools use into pandemic times. Therefore, the current research is to analyze the technological tools use by tourists, who visit the Pichincha province, before and after confinement, which it is made comparative relational research with a quantitative approach, where it is surveyed 386 tourists´ sample and it applies a comparative analysis of before and after. To select the survey places, it was based on the made tourist attractions inventory by the MINTUR, selecting 19 specific sites with the Methodological Guide support for the tourist attractions hierarchy, these being of category III and II. With the made survey, it was got 3 study variables (frequency, expense and type), for the respective analysis, through the SPSS 25 statistical software, it is helped to extract and analyze the most relevant data for an efficiency correct decision-making, as well as it was applied the Kolmogorov Smirnov Normality test, which allowed measuring the concordance degree between the collected data with the identified sample. Likewise, the Wilcoxon test allowed ordering the information in groups from highest to lowest to got the contrast statistical data. The same way, it was made with data Spearman's correlation a non-parametric measurement collected in the research, which allowed measuring the selected variables strength a direction, this information was represented in the dispersion and interpolation graph, where it was identified the biases in the research clearly and precisely. Among the research main results, it was got, what the tool type most used by tourists, it is social networks and cell phones. Likewise, it decreased in the tourist´s investment, the minimum expenditure (0-10$) while the maximum expenditure (more than 60$) increased, due to the health emergency, which the country went, through many activities became virtual. Also, the use frequency varied where the minimum values (less than 1 to 2 hours a day) decreased and the maximum values (6 to 8 hours a day) increased. Therefore, the conclusions determine, what as a confinement result, tourists focused more on technological tools, and this becomes positive for the tourism sector since it can be used as a means for promoting services or tourist attractions, thus, speeding up the activities linked to tourism.
