Elaboración del sistema de crisis que cubra riesgos naturales y antrópicos para la unidad de negocio hidrotoapi perteneciente a la corporación eléctrica del Ecuador Ep en el período 2014 -2015.

The research was developed in the Hydro CELEC EP, business unit HIDROTOAPI-work front Sarapullo 1, in the tunnel Toachi-Alluriquin upstream; this had the problem of not having a crisis system that covers natural risks and anthropic, causing an emergency or disaster, the human contingent working in the company does not know how to act or face an adverse event and minimize the risk of loss of human and material resources. For gathering information was used the inductive – deductive method which helped to achieved general data, accepted as valid and then being subjected to an analysis of logical reasoning, reach conclusions of a particular type that contributed to the solution to the problem, also some techniques such as interview and survey were applied in order to obtain relevant information from hydroelectric project. The main objective was to produce a document that the organization collected, set of means and methods of action provided in the company to identify, prevent or mitigate the effects of an emergency crisis. As a result of the research, it was found that several points are designed to prevent, limit and reduce the effects of a crisis through emergency response plans / contingencies, the document being ready to be socialized by the relevant department of occupational safety and health (SSL) for normalizing, train and spread the System Crisis, as well as establish a set of actions and measures planned to monitor potential emergencies or contingencies, minimizing risks and ensuring the safety of people wh work in the tunnel or underground constructions. In conclusion it was determined that the crisis system serves as a guide to assess the level of compliance in each requirement and establish the corrective, preventive measures of continuous improvement and compliance with the valid law. The Research gave response to the hypothesis made about its impact on the company which is positive and solves the problem. It is recommended to promote the document in order the crisis system will be known and that there will be a mandatory training for all employees of the Labor Front, and the can know about the benefits of working in prevention.
