In the new millennium the economic growth to world scale, it has generated changes in the financial markets; as well as the international competition, they have influenced directly in the new administration practices and in the forms of managerial organization. On the other hand the expansion of the market economies is a reality of the new millennium, where big managers have been developed that have embraced a wide sector to international scale. Our investigation has as general objective: To value if the implementation of the decent work in the juridical classification of the Ecuador is moderated to the existent socioeconomic conditions, starting from an analysis theoretical-legislative, being our specific objectives: To characterize the decent work starting from the different definitions that I half-close him you has fenced in the doctrine, to Analyze the impact of the neoliberal politicians in the Ecuador and their incidence in the Decent Work and to Base if the juridical classification of the Ecuador institutionalizes to the decent work, starting from an analysis exegetic of this norms.
