Para el proyecto de investigación se utilizó un enfoque cualitativo como cuantitativo, dado que permitió la búsqueda de información para sustentar el marco teórico con base en la literatura, utilizando como instrumento un cuestionario para la obtención de datos reales para las partes y reconocer la viabilidad del desarrollo del proyecto; asimismo, se aplica el método de Bruce Archer para desarrollar las propuestas.
