Diseño de un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional para laboratorios de petroproducción.

The main objective of this research is the design of a System of Occupational Health and Safety for workers in chemical testing laboratories belonging to Petroproducción, since does not exist neither it is implemented. As aim it arises the "Designing a System and Safety Management Occupational Health for Chemical Testing Laboratories of PETROPRODUCION " based on OHSAS 18001:2007. In the theoretical framework is collected concepts relating to what they are security systems, occupational health, how operates a laboratory in general, moreover methods and techniques of risk assessment and various definitions. It makes the diagnosis of current working conditions through investigative techniques and the process of the obtained information. In general way, the analysis was performed with field visits, surveys. It was took photographs to give greater support to the proposal. In conclusions and recommendations, is summarized what is essential for the implementation of a system of safety and health of workers, for that, it is proposed a design, which begins with the establishment of a policy, mission, vision and conditions for its implementation, for the system security suggests the creation of a safety committee which plan the prevention, monitoring and training. In the occupational health plan overall objective is to preserve, maintain and improve worker health and will require pre occupational medicine programs, and tracked chronological implementing preventive medicine, hygiene and safety.
