The proposal arises in view of the fact that in the canton of La Maná the inn provides accommodation services in comfortable rooms and a water park made up of swimming pools, slides, an artificial lake, recreational areas, among others where visitors are children, youth or adults. they have the opportunity to enjoy nature, however, said inn has the shortcoming that customers must go to the facilities in person to make a reservation or buy tickets, which forces the user to mobilize, this being an unnecessary waste of time. Given this problem, it is proposed to develop a multiplatform mobile application through the monitoring of the Scrum framework in order to automate the reservation processes. Inn in La Maná canton. For which research techniques will be used, such as documentary research that allows information to be collected from different reliable sources such as books, articles, websites with updated information, which serves as a pillar for research and field research which establishes that the researchers visit the facilities inn and learn how the reservation process is carried out and provide a computer solution. In the same way, the Ionic Framework has been used for development, it is an open source SDK to develop hybrid applications, in the same way the Noxplayer emulator has been used, it is excellent in performance since it runs on any operating system. As a result, a mobile application will be obtained where visitors can book the services offered by from anywhere in the world and at the time they deem appropriate. It can be concluded that the Scrum methodology defines the user stories, product backlog, sprints and system tests that have made it possible to generate an important technological contribution in improving customer service. |
