إضافة وسم | الملخص: | A general review of urine, also called urinalysis or urinalysis, consists of a series of reviews on the urine, constituting one of the most common methods of medical diagnosis. The present investigation based its study on the characterization of the values of the urine of the guarizos (urinalysis) by means of different tests and methods applied to obtain reference values. In the experiment were used 120 animals (guarizos) males and females aged 1 to 5 years of age, divided into three groups: Group I of 1 to 2 years, group II of 3 to 4 years and group III of 5 years. By ultrasonography (SONOSCAPE A6) is located the bladder and conducted a trans-abdominal puncture, collecting the sample of urine. in the laboratory of the Clinic Planet life analyzed samples of urine using techniques through the testing of colorimetry by means of the test strips, automated analyzer (IDEXX) and by refractometer (OECHSLE-WINZER).... |
