Add Tag | Summary: | The MANITÚ Balanced Feed Factory has few resources in terms of equipment technical documentation, thus causing those in charge of this area to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities, these being activities that refer to machinery in the greatest number of cases involved When a failure is evident in the equipment, this causes a series of unscheduled stoppages that flourish in the productive system. Taking into account the events mentioned above, a proposed solution to this problem is disclosed, which consists of carrying out a study of a maintenance system in order to minimize the frequency of equipment failures that present a higher critical index with respect to to its status related to production capacity, thus increasing its reliability and efficiency when implemented within the production system. |
