Gestión Empresarial para la Compañía ICEV&V CIA. LTDA.

This research is about a business management model for processes for the ICEV & V CIA Company. LTDA in La Maná, town province of Cotopaxi by means of the diagnosis of the current situation of the company; for this purpose, the collection of information from the data provided by the owner, staff and clients was carried out; and the strategic profile was elaborated where it was emphasized that there are shortcomings such as lack of knowledge about the importance of strategic direction, structural organization chart and greater control and organization of the financial area of the company. The management model is based on the processes of customer focus, leadership, commitment to staff, approach to processes and mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers; where the strategic approach was based on the vision, mission and values that will guide the efforts of those who make up the organization for optimal business management. In the organizational part, it was proposed the design of a structural organization chart that details the existing hierarchies and positions within the company with its respective manual of functions that allowed to have a clear vision of the functions that each of the members of the company perform, improving the development of people was suggested the development of training to improve the administrative and operational area. Among the control strategies proposed are customer service policies, internal and external policies, leadership strategies, training, incentive program and approach to design processes, maintenance of electrical projects; it will allow a significant development of the company ICEV & V CIA. LTDA within the business scope, thus consolidating itself as a solid company offering services and products on electrical maintenance to the public and private sector; Where the direct beneficiaries will be the owner, staff, clients and suppliers who will see reflected the changes in the quality of the services perceived.
