| Yhteenveto: | The present project is about the design and construction of an electrolinera for a charging system in mode 2 (slow charge) which is fed to the network of 220 V / 110 V, the system is composed by two circuits: the control circuit which allowed the regulation of the electrical current to 4 A in which was fed to the bank of lithium batteries that incorporates the electric vehicle and a constant voltage source of 110 V. The power or force circuit are the lines contacts regulated through the controller and these go directly to the system, each circuit has fuses and thermal relays that allowed to have all necessary protections to avoid current peaks during the charge process, and avoid problems with the battery bank, a PID controller is added in the atmega 328 to maintain the current in the wanted set point. In addition, the system has a graphical interface made through a nextion screen which shows the charge current, the supply voltage among other parameters that identifies the slow charge system where the user can enter the charge data to power the battery bank. The process of charge in mode 2 (slow charge) of the lithium-ion batteries by the electric vehicles are composed allow to extend the life of the batteries this because they do not submit high currents in short times as happen with fast charge mode causing reduced battery life. |
