With the results obtained, we proceeded to prepare the documentation that will allow the improvement in the company's quality management system, all based on the standard operating procedures (SOP), sanitation standard operating procedures (SOP), specifically in parameters of BPM, for this reason, the documentation was proposed with measures that will reduce losses due to non-conforming products, to improve safety within the production process so that these improvements can be carried out, the cost determination of the implementation of the manual was carried out. BPM a total cost of $3,057.60 for facilities, infrastructure, hygienic manufacturing requirements and quality control assurance, so these are priorities for the company, which is why the project was of great help since the company will be at liberty to choose to implement them when it is economically viable. |
