With prior knowledge, the use of the operation and manual of the packaging, gasification and sealing system for fermented beverages was developed in this document, which provides knowledge of the production of fermented beverages to expand the students' knowledge. Where the characteristics, operation, requirements, mode of operation and the facilities that the system that is made up of the bottling tank, the carbon dioxide tank and the beverage sealing machine can give us are explained, which together facilitate the process. . , under the respective safety standards of the equipment, as well as its routine cleaning and maintenance. For demonstration of practices, packaging and carbonation (craft beer type blonde and blackberry wine) were used, demonstrating its correct use and operation.
